This delicacy is hidden in the inner corner of Mekong Kopitiam,
just directly opposite of the Bukit Jambul laksa stall (http://simplyfoodheaven.blogspot.my/2015/09/bukit-jambul-laksa.html).
The beef spicy
noodle is as humble as the Vietnamese lady who serve us. Spring onions, basil leaves
and zesty lime compliment each other well enough. Take a bite into the
tender slice of beef and it instantly melt in your mouth. However, I don't particularly like the layer of oil floating on top of the broth and artificial taste of the ham...., just a personal preference though.

Vietnamese Spicy Beef Noodle - RM6.00 |
Mekong Kopitiam |
Do not be trick by the word “spicy”, it is not spicy at all.
Thus, suitable for those that can’t take the "Lat". To me, this dish is best
consume during rainy days, a comfort hot beef noodle might be able to cheer you
up.
